I graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc in Exercise Nutrition and Health in 2011. I then worked as a health trainer both within the community and on clinical trials before doing a MSc in Health Psychology at UCL, graduating in 2021. I started my PhD at the University of Leicester based at the Diabetes Centre in October 2022 as part of the Future 100 cohort. My PhD is looking to improve sleep in those living with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
