Tom Wilkinson

I have a background in Sport and Exercise Science (University of Birmingham) and completed by PhD at Bangor University in North Wales investigating muscle wasting people with rheumatoid arthritis. Currently, I am a Research Fellow specialising in lifestyle interventions for people living with chronic disease. I have a special interest in sarcopenia,  muscle health, and outcome measure science.

Favourite way to be active

Running and swimming (both with and without my two dogs), cricket, gym, pacing my living room watching Aston Villa throw away 2 goal leads
