Behaviour Change Interventions

What we do?

We design behaviour change interventions, in collaboration with our experienced intervention development colleagues in the Leicester Diabetes Centre, focused on increasing physical activity and reducing sitting time. These interventions target a range of populations across different contexts, for example, office workers in occupational settings, young people in schools and adults in the community identified with or at risk of multiple long-term conditions. We have expertise in robustly evaluating these interventions through randomised controlled trials.
