Jamie O’Driscoll
My research interests currently centre on the role of innovative exercise training interventions and advanced cardiac imaging for the prevention and management of chronic diseases, particularly, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, renal disease and hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. I explore these topics through human interventions, clinical trials, and meta-analyses. In 2024, I joined the Diabetes Research Centre as an Associate Professor in Lifestyle Medicine and continue to collaborate closely with several groups at St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (London), University of Oxford, and University of Cambridge.
